Lakers guard Kobe Bryant was dominant down the stretch of the game and contributed 37 points in the win.  Asked after the game about his injured right wrist, Bryant said, “Sometimes when I follow through, it just catches.  Other times it doesn’t. Just kind of had to figure out how to make it consistently not catch.”

Lakers center Andrew Bynum recorded his first ever 20-20 game with 21 points and 22 rebounds in the win.

“I’m getting a lot more touches so it’s easier to be confident,” said Bynum.  The Lakers center added, “I just went out and played hard.  Some boards just fell into my hand, my 20th board I challenged a shot and it went off the backboard kind of rolled on the floor and I picked it up.”
