According to ESPN, the team has hired Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano to the same position.

Schiano has agreed to a five-year deal, giving him his first NFL head coaching job. Schiano and the Bucs met for the second time on Wednesday, and eventually worked out the details of his contract. Earlier in the week, the Buccaneers were set to hire Oregon head coach Chip Kelly but a deal fell through, so the team put forth their best effort to land Schiano.

During his 11-year tenure at Rutgers, Schiano went 68-67 and won five bowl games during that time. This past season, the Buccaneers went 4-12 after ending the season on 10-game losing streak. Schiano will replace the recently fired Raheem Morris.
