(CHUBBUCK) – A Chubbuck man has been cited for shooting a domestic cat with an arrow. Police say 38-year-old Justin Guinn was charged Sunday with cruelty to animals and for violating a Chubbuck city ordinance regarding projectile weapons, both of which are misdemeanors. Investigators say the citations stem from an incident that occurred Jan. 6. Police say the cat survived and is recovering at home. An investigation is ongoing.
