NFL? SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1326309305908National Football League(INDIANAPOLIS) — The Indianapolis Colts have several major decisions to make during the upcoming off-season. They have found the man to make those tough calls, as the team has hired former Philadelphia Eagles director of player personnel Ryan Grigson as the team’s new general manager. Grigson will replace the recently fired Chris Polain.

Grigson is very familiar with the Colts, as he is an Indiana native, and was also the captain at Purdue in the mid-90s. He broke into the NFL front office ranks with St. Louis Rams in 1999 as a national scout before joining the Eagles back in 2004.

Grigson will step right into the fire as he must make some crucial decisions in the upcoming months. He must decide on the future of head coach Jim Caldwell, what to do with the number one pick in upcoming draft in April, and what he will do regarding the future of quarterback Peyton Manning, who is due a $28 million bonus in March.
