A radio station station in Chicago is reporting that Cubs shortstop Starlin Castro has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman last September. No charges have been filed against Castro and he has not been arrested, but he is wanted for questioning.

The station has obtained the police report that says that Castro took a woman back to his apartment following a night of drinking. The report says that the woman blacked out, and when she awoke, Castro was assaulting her. She reportedly waited about 12 hours before she went to a hospital and police then became involved.

Jay K. Reisinger and Michael P. Gillespe, Castro’s attorneys, have denied the allegations, calling them “baseless.”
