Derrick Favors Fined $25K
National Basketball Association(SALT LAKE CITY) -- Utah Jazz forward Derrick Favors has been fined $25,000 dollars by the league for throwing a ball into the stands during a game against the Mavericks, Thursday night.
The 20 year old Favors threw the ball after getting called for a technical foul with just under 25 seconds to go in the third quarter. He was immediately ejected after the incident.
Favors is averaging 7.6 points and 5.9 rebounds a game.
