(LONDON) — Prince William’s new bride, the former Kate Middleton, now the Duchess of Cambridge, turns 30 on Monday, a milestone for the commoner turned royal.
The old adage that life begins at 40 has gotta be 30 for the former Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.
While there were rumors that Kate’s brother-in-law Prince Harry was planning a big bash for her 30th birthday, it seems more likely the practical Duchess will have a quiet night.
While turning 30 caps a life changing 12 months for Kate, hubby Prince William is on next week’s roster to work at his Royal Airforce Base in Wales, where the couple shares a modest farmhouse with Kate doing the cooking.
