(IDAHO FALLS) – The Marriott Residence Inn in Idaho Falls could be finished by June of this year. Developers tell Local News 8 that after years of lying dormant, construction is back in full swing. Crews say that after three months of continued renovation, the five-story hotel is about 60 percent done, with most of the remaining work being on the interior. The facility will have 108 rooms, all designed for long-term visitors. Officials say they’ve secured enough financial backing to see the project completed.
