Lindsay Lohan Reportedly ‘In Talks’ to Play Elizabeth Taylor

Toby Canham/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan may be getting back to work in front of the camera soon, according to Deadline Hollywood.
The 25-year-old, who is still on probation for previous DUI and theft convictions, is reportedly in talks to play the role of the late Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime original movie, Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story. The film will chart the passionate romance of Taylor and the late actor Richard Burton, whom she married and divorced twice.
Lohan’s last substantial TV role was that of Kimmie Keegan, a recurring character on Ugly Betty. She was also featured in the movie Machete.
Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story is being produced by Larry Thompson, the man behind the biopic And The Beat Goes On: The Sonny & Cher Story.
