Love Agrees To A New Deal With T-Wolves
Published at(MINNEAPOLIS) — All-Star forward Kevin Love and the Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed to a four-year contract extension worth more than $60 million. The deal gives the 23-year-old Love the option to opt out after three years, in 2015.
“I like the direction this team is headed,” Love said. “I like the youth that we have. I like the pieces that we have. I like that we are knocking on the door. We are very, very close in games.”
The T-Wolves haven’t made the playoffs since 2004.
