(REXBURG) – A Montana man accused of robbing a Zion’s Bank in Rexburg entered an Alford plea Friday. Under the agreement, John H. Green did not admit guilt for the January 2010 robbery, but acknowledged that enough evidence exists for a conviction. Green’s plea would require a minimum of five years in prison, with credit for the two years he’s already served. Sentencing is set for March 12.
