Wolf Hunts to Continue in 2012

(IDAHO FALLS) – Wolf hunts will continue this coming August. 11 zones remain open to hunting statewide, though the Island Park and Beaverhead zones are now closed. Officials tell Local News 8 that the hunts have gone according to plan. About 30 tags were issued for the Island Park region this year, will only nine tags being filled. Nearly 200 wolves have been killed this season.
