Coeur d’ Alene “Cracks” Down on Pants Droppers

(COEUR d’ ALENE) – A northern Idaho city is cracking down on indecent exposure. The Coeur d’ Alene City Council voted last week to expand its obscene conduct ordinance. The law now specifically includes those who expose their “frontal regions” to offend or annoy others without lewd intent. Violators can now be charged with a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 180 days in jail at and a $1,000 fine.
