Former BYU-Idaho Student Sentenced For Rape

(REXBURG) – A former BYU-Idaho student accused of raping a 17-year-old girl has been sentenced to 2 to 10 years in prison. 21-year-old Isaah A-Jalil Kappah of Ghana was arrested last June after a friend of his alleged victim reported the incident to police. Judge Greg Moeller has retained jurisdiction in the case.
