Gabby Giffords’ last piece of legislation before she resigned from Congress is headed to the Oval Office, and she will be there for the signing ceremony. It targets ultralight planes that run drugs across the border from Mexico, and it passed unanimously in both the House and Senate.

“Congresswoman Giffords’ bill gives law enforcement greater authority to combat illicit drug trafficking on the borders between the United States and Mexico and the United States and Canada,” the White House said in announcing the ceremony.

The bill passed unanimously in the House and by voice vote in the Senate.

Giffords will be accompanied by her husband, astronaut Mark Kelly.
