Heat Hold Off Raptors, 95-89

Miami Heat/NBA(MIAMI) — The Miami Heat (18-6) almost let a 15 point lead slip away on Sunday, but LeBron James and Dwyane Wade would have none of that.
The Raptors (8-17) got within three points in the final minutes but were unable to pull ahead. The Heat held on to a 95-89 win to improve to 11-2 at home for the season.
James had 30 points and Wade did his part with 25 to move within one game of the Eastern Conference best Chicago Bulls.
“We knew it was going to be one of those grind-out kind of games,” Wade said. “We understand that a lot of teams do that when they play the Heat — come out on fire.”
Chris Bosh only had 12 points against his former team, but a win’s a win.
