(GRAHAM, Wash.) – New details have been released about a Utah man who murdered his two sons in their home Sunday. Investigators say Josh Powell tried to kill his sons with a hatchet before blowing up his home in Graham, Washington. Preliminary reports say the boys, aged 7 and 5, died with smoke in their lungs and had been brutally wounded just moments before their father ignited the home with gasoline. Police are still combing through evidence to determine what may have happened to Powell’s wife Susan, who went missing in Utah in 2009.
