Report: Monitor to Watch Halle Berry’s Ex When He’s With Their Daughter

Steve Granitz/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — A monitor will keep a close eye on the father of Halle Berry’s daughter whenever he’s with the child, following a judge’s decision last Friday. The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services had investigated Gabriel Aubry over accusations that he pushed a nanny while she was holding his three-year-old daughter Nahla, as well as other alleged incidents. It recommended that a monitor keep watch on Aubry when Nahla is with him, and a judge signed off on it, according to TMZ.com.
