GETTY E 100711 SharonOsborne? SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1328609648232Michael Tran/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — A jewelry design company has filed a lawsuit against Sharon Osbourne, according to E!

The breach of contract lawsuit claims Osbourne changed her mind about committing to a deal, which the company, Lucas Design International, says cost them a half million dollars.

In papers filed in Los Angeles Superior court, Lucas Design claims the wife of iconic rocker Ozzy Osbourne made an oral agreement in February 2011, “for the design and promotion of a Sharon Osbourne jewelry collection,” which was to be sold on the Home Shopping Network. The company claims Osbourne withdrew from the deal via her agent in November.

Lucas Design International seeks compensation for “the reasonable value of their work, labor services and materials.” They are also demanding unspecified compensatory damages and costs.

Osbourne’s reps have not yet commented on the lawsuit.
