South Valley Connector Revived

(POCATELLO) – Plans for the South Valley Connector in Pocatello could become a reality this year.  Local News 8 reports that the city unveiled a final draft for the plan on Tuesday.  The connector will be two lanes, rather than four, all the way from Bannock Highway to South Fifth Avenue.  There will also be a 10-foot bike and walk lane instead of sidewalks.  Officials have not announced when they plan to break ground on the project.
