Suspect Indentified in Swan Lake Shooting
(SWAN LAKE) – Bannock County officials have released the name of the 12-year-old boy accused of killing his father last Friday. Authorities say Cord Danielson has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting of 46-year-old Paul Danielson. There is no word yet as to whether the suspect will be prosecuted as an adult. Sheriff’s deputies were also sent to the suspect’s elementary school to help his classmates understand the judicial process. The victim owned a trucking business and had lived in the Downey area for about five years.
