(UCON) – A Jefferson County woman is dead after a single-car accident east of Ucon Saturday afternoon. 20-year-old Alexandra Kidd was traveling north on 55th East when she veered off the left side of the road and slammed into a heavy concrete box. Kidd was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office reports that speed was a contributing factor in the crash. Kidd was a student at Idaho State University.
