(MILWAUKEE) — If there was any question as to why Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose is the NBA’s MVP, he showed his true worth Wednesday night.
With the game tied at 104 against the Milwaukee Bucks, Rose came up big for his team and hit a jumper as time expired to give the Bulls a 106-104 win. In all, it was typical night for Rose as he scored 30 points, dished out 11 assists, and pulled down eight rebounds.
“It was like a kid, all the things you dream about,” Rose said following the dramatic win. “It felt good. Your on the road, going against a team that’s giving you their all and you hit a nice shot like that.”
With the win, the Bulls improved to 33-8 on the season and have the best record in not just the Eastern Conference, but in the entire NBA.
