House OK’s Push to Enshrine Hunting in Constitution

(BOISE) – Idaho’s House members have approved a measure that would give Idahoans the option of voting to make hunting a constitutional right.  Supporters maintain that Idaho needs a statute that protects one of the Gem State’s most popular pastimes.  The bill, which now goes to the Senate for consideration, would put the initiative on the November ballot.
