(NEW YORK) — Lindsay Lohan has apparently forgiven Glee for mocking her personal problems in an episode that aired less than two years ago.
Lindsay’s rep has confirmed to ABC News that the Mean Girls actress will guest star in an episode of the Fox series later this season. TVLine.com reports she is slated to play herself, serving as a judge at the Nationals competition.
In the fall of 2010, Fox aired an episode of Glee in which a substitute Spanish teacher, played by guest star Gwyneth Paltrow, asked her class if it could translate the phrase “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?” She also made a reference to Lindsay’s numerous stints in rehab.
After the episode aired, Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan, claimed to RadarOnline.com that the actress found the dialogue to be hurtful.
Lindsay, whose probation is scheduled to end Thursday, recently hosted Saturday Night Live and is set to portray Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime movie.
TVLine.com is also reporting that Whoopi Goldberg will guest star in multiple episodes of Glee as a professor at New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts. Her character supervises auditions by Chris Colfer’s Kurt and Lea Michele’s Rachel.
