Lynch Signs Multi-Year Deal with Seahawks

Christian Petersen/Getty Images(SEATTLE) — The Seattle Seahawks have resigned running back Marshawn Lynch to a 4-year deal. According to a source of the Associated Press, the deal is worth $31 million dollars with $18 million guaranteed.
“We are excited to keep Marshawn as part of what we are building,” Seahawks general manager John Schneider said. “This is what we were hoping for when we acquired him from Buffalo.”
Last season, 25-year-old Lynch rushed for 1,204 yards and garnered 12 touchdowns.
