TMZ.com, citing court documents filed Thursday, reports 35-year-old Christopher Chaney will plead guilty to nine counts, including identity theft, wiretapping and unauthorized access and damage to a protected computer.  He faces up to 60 years in prison, plus three years’ probation.

Chaney previously pleaded not guilty to various charges.

Nude photos of Johansson leaked onto the Internet last September.  She told Vanity Fair she shot the pictures and sent them to her then-husband, Ryan Reynolds.
