Reese Witherspoon Prepares Children for New Baby Brother or Sister

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Reese Witherspoon is preparing her two children for the arrival of their new brother or sister. A source tells People, “All along, Reese has been very open with her kids about her plans to expand the family.” Witherspoon has been married to husband Jim Toth for almost a year.
Witherspoon has two children with actor Ryan Phillippe: Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8. The insider says the actress has been especially careful with Ava, because she is at “a sensitive age,” adding, “Reese always makes sure to consult with her. She is very respectful of Ava’s feelings.”
Witherspoon is reportedly 12 weeks along into her pregnancy. The actress turned 36 on Thursday.
