The attack ad hits Mitt Romney, comparing the two candidates’ records.

“Mitt Romney vs. Rick Santorum, let’s review the facts,” the narrator says. “While Romney was writing a personal check funding Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the country, Rick Santorum was writing the law that ended partial birth abortions forever.”

Romney’s wife Ann donated to the organization in 1994 and a photograph popped up on the campaign trail during the last cycle that seemed to show the former Massachusetts governor at a Planned Parenthood fundraiser. The group provides women’s health services in addition to abortions.

“While Romney supported the taxpayer bailout for his Wall Street millionaire buddies, Rick Santorum opposed the bailouts,” the narrator says, touting Santorum’s work on entitlement reform.

Romney supported the Troubled Asset Relief Program, which bailed out the financial industry, but opposed the auto bailout. Santorum opposed both.

It ends, “Mitt Romney he may have lots of money for lots of TV ads, but Rick Santorum has something Mitt Romney will never have: a conservative record to run on.”

The campaign won’t release the details of the buy or exactly where it will air.
