“I would listen,” Nash said if the Miami Heat came calling this summer. “I love what they’re doing there. A lot of people don’t like them because they put all that talent there. But they’re professional, they play hard, they play together. Their coaching staff has done a great job, so I have a tremendous amount of respect for them.  I would definitely listen.”

Nash, who was drafted by the Suns in 1996, said he expects his team to try and improve themselves during the offseason, but is looking forward to the free agent process. Nash, 38, is a two-time NBA MVP and eight-time all-star, but has not won an NBA championship.

The team he signs with could be his last chance at a run for a ring.
