Teen Gets Prison For Christmas Day Murder in Idaho Falls

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) -Another defendant in the Christmas Day stabbing of Buck Garner will face prison time. Court records say 19-year-old Ryan Morgan will have a two-year fixed sentence with three years intermediate. Morgan is accused of assaulting Andrew Hall, the victim’s friend, on the other side of the room while Garner was being stabbed. The main suspect in Garner’s stabbing, Joseph Chavez, will face a jury trial in May.
