Couples has a history of doing well at the Masters. During his 27 appearances in the tournament Couples has had 10 top-ten finishes, including winning the Green Jacket in 1992.

“To win it once was truly amazing,” Couples said. “And to play well here, a lot I think, is because I really know the golf course.”

As for Jason Dufner, he has made 162 starts on the PGA Tour and is the only player in the Top-50 never to win. During last years PGA Chamionship, Dufner had five-stroke lead with four holes to play but ended up losing in a playoff.

Tiger Woods went into the day at even par but shot a 3-over 75 to fall into a tie for 40th.
