(BLACKFOOT) – The city of Blackfoot has approved changes that will increase fees for taxpayers.  The fees include minor increases in cost for city services including water and sanitation.  Parking violations will go from $15 to $20, while family pool passes will go up $50.  Mayor Mike Virtue says the extra funds will go towards urban renewal, and making the town marketable to outside business.
