Cities Go Green To Save Green


 

 

 

 

 

(JACKSON, Wyo.) – Many local cities are finding ways to save money by being environmentally friendly. Jackson mayor Mark Barron is adamant about making his town more green by riding his bike to work. He’s also convinced over 300 of his employees that they can save tax dollars and help the environment. Cities such as Rexburg have started a curbside recycling program, Ammon is sending memos through email instead of printing them out, and Blackfoot is gradually replacing light bulbs.
