(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  A new pilot program aimed at raising awareness about domestic violence has launched in Idaho Falls.  The Domestic Violence Center is reaching out to young male athletes to change locker room dialogue about women and girls. Officials say young people look up to athletes, and if they can influence athletes to tone down behavior and speech, it could have a positive impact on others.  The program is still in its beginning stages.  Other cities participating include Pocatello, Hailey, and Coeur d’Alene.
