(IDAHO FALLS) – A Rigby father and son are facing charges of aggravated battery after they allegedly beat up a man at the Civic Auditorium in Idaho Falls. 49-year-old Jack Clayton Gilbert and 19-year-old Chance Christian Gilbert have been taken into custody. Witnesses reported seeing the suspects attacking the man Thursday night, and both were later arrested. The victim suffered injuries to his face and head, and was treated at EIRMC. The case is still under investigation.
