(MIAMI) — Dwyane Wade returned and LeBron James had a monstrous night as the Miami Heat (39-14) won their 17th straight home game, defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder (40-14) 98-93, Wednesday night.
It was a battle of two of the best teams in the NBA and both teams played that way.
“It had that playoff atmosphere,” LeBron said. “Both teams had some of the same aspirations and you could tell by the sense of urgency on both parts. We are just happy we were able to come away with a win.”
LeBron had 34 points, 10 assists, seven boards and four steals in the win.
The Heat are now two games behind Chicago for the best record in the NBA.
