Jada Pinkett Smith Shoots Down ‘Ridiculous’ Marriage Rumors

In a new interview with the French magazine Gala, the 40-year-old actress lamented, “Every year, one celebrity couple is under the microscope. This year, unluckily, it’s us! I almost want to say that we should have been expecting it.”
Asked about the rumor that the couple no longer live under the same roof, Jada insisted, “That’s ridiculous. We’ve always lived together.”
“These rumors are completely untrue,” she continued. “I travel a lot because of my work, just like Will does. … But our lifestyle hasn’t changed. Before we had the kids, we were already far away from each other quite often because of separate projects.”
Jada added, “Will and I know the truth. We’re waiting peacefully for the storm to blow over.”
Jada, 40, and Will, 43, have been married since 1997. Together, they raise three children, Jaden, 13, Willow, 11, and Trey, 18, from a previous marriage.
