Bryant scored 26 points, including six in the second overtime, helping the Lakers rally from an 18-point second-half deficit.

The Thunder were without guard James Harden for the entire second-half of the game, after he suffered a concussion at the end of the first half after being hit in the head by Metta World Peace’s elbow.

Peace had just dunked to cut the Thuder’s lead to one with 1:39 left in the first half when he started celebrating before hitting Harden in the back of the head. Harden was diagnosed with a concussion, according to the team.

“During that play I just dunked on Durant and Ibaka and I got really emotional and excited and it was unfortunate that James had to get hit with an unintentional elbow,” World Peace said. “I hope he’s OK. The Thunder, they’re playing for a championship this year, so I hope that he’s OK and I apologize to the Thunder and to James Harden. “

The win puts the Lakers a half-game in front of the Clippers for first place in the Pacific Division.
