Lohan, who ended her formal probation less than two weeks ago, has been accused of mixing it up with a female bar patron who apparently took a liking to one of Lohan’s friends at a club last week.

TMZ reports the alleged victim filed a battery report with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department on Saturday, claiming Lohan shoved her in response to her chatting up one of the embattled celeb’s friends.  A source tells the gossip site, however, that Lohan was at home watching TV at the time of the alleged attack.

Steve Honig, Lohan’s rep is also crying foul.  He issued a statement to E! Sunday saying, “This is just another instance of somebody making up a story to either get money, fifteen minutes of fame or a little bit of both. …There is no truth to the accusations.”
