(McCAMMON) – A McCammon man who was shot by police Saturday night after a lengthy standoff is now in stable condition. 51-year-old Dennis Allan Buzzell will face criminal charges once he is released from Portneuf Medical Center. Officials say Buzzell had fired at officers earlier in the evening, and was shot after refusing to lower his weapon. Investigators say alcohol played a factor in Buzzell’s erratic behavior.
