Memorial Plans Discussed for Dick Clark
Published at(NEW YORK) — Dick Clark, who died last week at the age of 82, has been cremated. Discussions for a memorial service to honor the beloved celebrity are “still being discussed,” a publicist has told The Wrap.
The New York Post reports there will be a tribute to Clark at this year’s New Year’s Eve celebration in Times Square. Fans will be invited to share their memories of the TV legend on one-inch-square pieces of confetti, which will be mixed with regular confetti and scattered during the dropping of the ball at midnight.
