New Law Allows Electronic Car Insurance Coverage

(POCATELLO) – Idaho is the first state in the nation to allow motorist to use smart phone technology to prove that they have car insurance. The bill passed a unanimous Senate vote last week, with only one dissenter in the House. The bill will go into effect July 1st. Four other states are currently considering electronic verification as well.
