Report: “The Situation” Leaves Rehab

TMZ.com reports he was seen at a Utah airport on Wednesday after checking out of Cirque Lodge.
The Jersey Shore star announced two weeks ago that he’d entered rehab to “get control of a prescription medication problem” he had due to exhaustion. He’s expected to return to his MTV series when it begins production on a new season this summer.
