Stocks Mixed at Week’s End

Hemera/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Stocks traded in a mixed pattern to end the week Thursday. The markets will be closed April 6 for Good Friday.
On Thursday, the Dow closed down 15 points, while the S&P lost a fraction of a point. The Nasdaq, however, gained 12 points to end the week.
With the March jobless numbers due out on Friday, there are more signs it could be getting easier to find a job. First-time unemployment claims dropped again last week to a four-year low.
