On the tape obtained by TMZ.com, a member of the hotel’s security team tells the 911 dispatcher that a 46-year-old female might have fallen in the bathroom and “apparently she wasn’t breathing.” The caller also says that people in the room “kept hanging up” on him and that the “person that called me was irate.”

Houston’s assistant, hairdresser, and bodyguard were in her room at the time the 911 call was made.

The call was made public on the same day that Beverly Hills police detectives officially closed the case involving the singer’s Feb. 11 death. Last week, Houston’s full autopsy report was released.
