“Everybody who came in gave us a great effort,” Sixers head coach Doug Collins said in his post game press conference. “We found a way. Again I have to tell you, all season long we couldn’t win these games and now are guys are believing they can do it. It’s pretty special to watch.”

Celtics forward Kevin Garnett was called for an offensive foul with 10 seconds left in the game, which pretty much ended any hope of a Boston comeback. Still Celtics head coach Doc Rivers knows that’s not why they lost.

“We put ourselves in that position,” Rivers said. “At the end of the day I say it all the time. You put yourself in a position to let someone else do something, then you can lose games….And that’s what happened.”

The Series shifts to Philadelphia Wednesday night, where Game 3 will tip-off at 7:00 PM ET.
