She stumbled Wednesday night with Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me” while the other three finalists soared. Hollie sang Miley Cyrus’s “The Climb” for her farewell song.

Remaining contestants Phillip Phillips, Joshua Ledet and Jessica Sanchez will now head off to visit their hometowns in the coming days.

The top four opened the show with a group performance of The Mamas and the Papas’ “California Dreamin’” in a nod to Wednesday night’s California Dreamin’ performance round.

Everyone in the audience at Thursday’s results show got a ticket to one of the concerts on this summer’s Idol tour. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Season seven winner David Cook sang his new song, “The Last Song I’ll Write for You” on Thursday’s results show. Jennifer Lopez left her spot behind the judges’ table for a big production performance of her new hit “Dance Again.” As in the video, Jennifer danced the breakdown with her boyfriend, dancer Casper Smart. At the end of the performance, Jennifer said of Casper, “He’s so cute.”

Of note, Phillip Phillips was absent from this week’s Ford music video, which means he wasn’t available to shoot it last Sunday for some reason.

American Idol‘s top three finalists will perform for the nation’s vote next Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
