Atomic City Still Without Water

(ATOMIC CITY) – It’s been a week since Atomic City residents lost their water supply, and it could be several days, or weeks before things are back to normal. KPVI reports that there’s nothing the city can really do until both pumps are repaired. Officials say faulty wiring is the likely culprit for both wells shutting down. Meanwhile, residents have been hauling jugs of water from a tanker parked in the middle of town, though they also received a donation of 2,100 water bottles Wednesday afternoon.
