Bonneville County Crash Kills 1

(BONNEVILLE COUNTY) – A California man has died after a two-car collision on U.S. Highway 26 near Idaho Falls. Police say 63-year-old David Machovec of Idaho Falls was was travelling west on Saturday evening when his pickup was struck by another vehicle at the 45th East intersection. Machovec’s passenger, 52-year-old Thomas Conway of Riverside, Calif. was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released any information about Machovec’s condition, or the condition of the other driver.
